The mission driving everything we do at HopeCity Church lies in our mission to introduce our neighbors and community to the unshakable hope found in Jesus. Our team serves not just to lead, but to empower. We are committed to fostering an environment where every believer is inspired, prepared, and supported in their spiritual journey toward a life fully devoted to Christ.

Our Beliefs:

  • The Scriptures are inspired by God (Old & New Testaments)

  • There is one true God who exists in 3 persons: The Father, The Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit

  • The deity of the Lord, Jesus Christ who is eternal

  • The fall of man - sin created separation from God

  • The salvation of man through repentance of sin and faith in God and the Lordship of Jesus Christ

  • The ordinances of the church; Communion and Water Baptism

  • The baptism in the Holy Spirit is for believers today to empower us to do the works that Jesus did

  • Sanctification is the act of separation from sin and dedication to God. We are made righteous at the moment of salvation, but our progress to become like Christ is continuous

  • The church represents Christ on earth and it’s mission is 4-fold:

    • Reach the lost with God’s good news

    • Worship God

    • Build up believers to become more like Christ

    • Share the transforming power of God with compassion

  • Devine healing was provided by Jesus who empowers His church to bring deliverance from sickness and disease

  • The blessed hope is eternal life with Jesus
